Want to know where your Pilates order is? Tracking your shipment is simple:
- Confirmation Email: Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking number and link.
- Account Dashboard: Log in to your Zenlates account and go to “My Orders.” Click on your most recent order to view details and track its progress.
- Delivery Updates: Your tracking link will provide real-time updates as your package moves through the carrier network.
If you have not received a tracking email within 2 business days, or if tracking hasn’t updated for several days, contact our support team and we’ll assist you promptly.
