Returns & Exchanges: Our Policy

We want you to love your Zenlates equipment! If something’s not right, here’s how returns and exchanges work:

• Return Window: Most unopened and unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• How to Start a Return:
  1. Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
  3. Pack the item securely and send it back using the provided label.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
• Exchanges: If you’d like a different item instead, let us know when requesting your return.

Exceptions: Final-sale or personalized items may only be eligible for exchange or store credit.
